Seeing is believing is nothing but the opposite of faith when it comes to the spiritual realm. Doubting Thomas was even beyond the saying, as he needed a tangible experience in order to believe that Jesus had risen from the dead. Oftentimes, we fall short struggling to believe our heavenly Father is backstage shifting things in our favor, since we need tangible evidence. And just as in His mercy God forgave Thomas for his unbelief, He also forgives us and helps us overcome our unbelief, allowing us opportunities to gradually become mature Christians. Lay speaker leader Margaret Mills challenges us with a very encouraging message, an invitation to put our faith in the one and only tangible God of love: the Lord Jesus Christ.
